When entering bills for a project, you'll want to click Add to project ▼, then choose Bill. Once you fill out the form and press Save, its amount will be displayed in your COSTS section.
Invoices can be added by selecting Invoice. These amounts will display in the INCOME area.
Since you've entered bills, but they didn't show up in your COSTS section, I'd recommend checking the browser. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records; however, sometimes they can cause display issues on certain pages. You can open a private window and check to see if your project's costs display accurately.

If your COST area shows an accurate amount, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by temporary internet files. It can be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
In the event it continues displaying inaccurate information, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
