Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. I appreciate the extra clarification. 

Since the steps my colleague provided didn't work, I did some further research. However, this isn't going to be possible in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account. I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in one of the upcoming releases. They take the time to review every request and try to collaborate them in the next available update.
