I know that this hasn't been easy for you, Cathy71.

 

Currently, we have an open investigation about being unable to open memorized reports after upgrading from QBDT prior versions. Rest assured, our software engineers are doing their best to get this rectified as soon as possible.

 

I recommend giving us a short call or chat to add your company information to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be updated when we get this sorted out. Here's how:
 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter "Unable to open memorized reports after upgrading QBDT" in the description box.
  5. Click Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

Once you're in, you can provide this investigation number to our representative for a faster transaction: INV-57008. In the meantime, you'll want to consider recreating the memorized report so you can get back to work.
