Nice question, paul333333.

I'm here to show you how to export transactions with attached receipts on them.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu.
  2. Find and select the expense with the receipt you want to export.
  3. Under Attachments, select the file name of the receipt.
  4. The receipt opens in a browser window. To save the receipt to your computer, right-click and select Save As… from your browser’s pop-up menu.

For additional information about exporting receipts from QBO, check out this article: Export your receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I've included a few detailed resources about managing expenses, matching transactions, and working with QBO that may come in handy moving forward:

Please don't hesitate in sending a reply if there are any follow-up questions while working with receipts in QBO. I'll be here to help. Have a wonderful Friday!
