This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have when exporting reports from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @HeatherVela1. That's why I'm here to ensure you're able to export the amounts on your reports and manage your company data accordingly.

When you export reports from QBO to Excel, it's recommended to use 64-bit versions of Windows. This way, you can have more resources such as processing power and memory. You can check and update your info by selecting the File tab from the Excel ribbon. Then, choose the Account option and click About Excel. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

In case the issue persists, you can perform any of the following workarounds:

  • Copy the broken report to a new workbook
  • Create a new Google Chrome user
  • Use alternate browser (i.e., Mozilla Firefox)

Also, financial reports in QBO give you great info about your business. You're able to customize them and focus on the details that matter the most. Then, save its current customization settings to have the same filters when pulling them up again. If you wish to learn more about this, you can check out this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know how it goes in the comments below. If  you have other concerns about exporting reports from QBO, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
