How is this easier? You literally typed few paragraphs of "water under the bridge" with "steps to take" instead of just providing with an email address.

I don't think the fact quickbooks scams people and doesn't provide any support should be confidential - people should know about it.

Now you would ask - how is it quickbooks scams and where is the proof to both of the statements? - easy, one step at the time:

1. I've reached out to your chat with human on the web site asking for email - they said they don't have it, when in fact i was able eventually to find it on google, ironically it is [email address removed] (not sure exactly who cares tho as I'm still waiting for reply).  Proof of screenshot of chat with your representative is attached. So there you have it - quickbooks support does not support

2. How does quickbooks scam you? Easy:

I’ve received email with updates on March 10, about ACH transaction being deposited on next business day beginning April 12th, 2021.
I’ve invoiced my client on April 12 and didn’t get the money next business day. When called in for customer support (1 hour and 5 minutes waiting time on hold to speak to a person btw) I was told it would be 5 full business days plus regular 2-3 business days for bank to transfer because the update didn’t “kick in just yet". Why? Why nobody told us about it?
I was also told by representative the fee would be 1% PLUS $10. Which contradicts you own email (can't attach second screenshot unfortunately) - 1% but $10 MAX. Why?
