Thanks for dropping into the Community. I’m glad you found us! I’d be happy to help you view your inactive customers. Depending on which version of QBO you have, the naming could be different.

 

If you don’t see an “active” option, you should have a “deleted” option in the filter. Try these easy steps:

 

  1. From Reports, select Sales and customers.
  2. Choose Customer Contact List.
  3. Click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) on the right, then Customize.
  4. Select the Filters tab.
  5. Check Deleted and choose Deleted in the drop-down box.
  6. Then Run report.

 

 

 

This will get you a list of all inactive(deleted) customers. If you want a list of ALL customers, active and inactive, you can select ALL in the drop-down to have a complete customer list.
