I understand how important the memorized reports are. I'm here to help you.
You may experience this error if the memorized report list is damaged. You'll want to perform the steps stated in this article to fix it: A memorized report does not open or opens a different report.
In addition, as per checking, this issue has reported already and currently being fixed. If you haven't yet, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. Once you are included on the affected users, you'll receive updates about the investigation.
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- On the pop-up, click the Contact Us link and enter INV-57008 in the question field.
- Choose a way to connect to them.
