- Open the QB Assistant chat bot by clicking the Help menu.
- You'll be presented with a list of options. Simply select Talk to a human.
- When asked, enter a brief description of your issue.
- Proceed with I still need a human.
- Click the Get help from a human link.
- Select Get a call back or Start a message.
