The ability to scan multiple receipts is unavailable. You can only add multiple attachments list transactions in QBO, you can follow the steps below:
- Select the Gear icon.
- Under the Lists section, choose All Lists.
- Click Attachments.
- At the upper left, select Attachments (clip icon).
- On your keyboard, press Ctrl to browse and select the document you want to attach, then select Open.

You may also consider looking for a third-party application in the App Centre that offers scanning services that can upload multiple page receipts.
Here's how to find them:
- On the left panel, click Apps.
- Click the Find Apps tab.
- Enter a keyword in the Search for an app box or use the Browse Category and select Document Management.
- Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard and search for the scanner.
