The ability to scan multiple receipts is unavailable. You can only add multiple attachments list transactions in QBO, you can follow the steps below: 

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Lists section, choose All Lists
  3. Click Attachments.
  4. At the upper left, select Attachments (clip icon)
  5. On your keyboard, press Ctrl to browse and select the document you want to attach, then select Open.

You may also consider looking for a third-party application in the App Centre that offers scanning services that can upload multiple page receipts.

 

Here's how to find them:

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Click the Find Apps tab.
  3. Enter a keyword in the Search for an app box or use the Browse Category and select Document Management.
  4. Press Ctrl on your keyboard and search for the scanner.
