I'll be glad to help you with your invoice concern.

 

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. Sometimes these can also block web pages from loading.

 

To clear the cache in QuickBooks online.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online Windows app.
  2. Click File.
  3. Choose Clear Cache.
  4. Close the app.
  5. Reboot your computer.
  6. Then, reopen the app.

 

To revise/change an Invoice.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Sales in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
