I'm here to share some updates about the QuickZoom feature.
The accounting method is also known as the report basis (cash and accrual) in QuickBooks. This option is used to analyze your business from different angles in the same report. You can find the Cash/Accrual radio buttons below the Dates menu.
Moreover, please know that the QuickZoom feature is still available in the 2021 version. Instead of clicking the category or account, you'll have to double-click the total amount to view the list of transactions comprising that particular amount. Follow these three simple steps to be guided in using it:
- Open your financial report.
- Position the mouse pointer over the total amount of item you want to view. When you hover over the amount, the cursor changes to a magnifying glass with a "Z" inside it.
- Double-click the amount to view the transactions list.
