I can show you how to set up and use price rules, 9130 3503 3841 8756.

To turn on the feature, you can use these steps: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. From the Sales menu, click the Product and services section.
3. Toggle the Turn on price rules option.
4. Click Save and then Done.

Here are the steps on how to create price rules: 

1. Click the Gear icon and click All lists.
2. Under Product and Services, click Price Rules.
3. At the upper-right, click New price rule.
4. Enter the details of your price rule and then Save and close.

Price rules is still on a beta feature and it's been gradually rolled-out to all QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced users. If this option isn't available in your account, I encourage you to send a product suggestion about it. Please click on the Gear icon and select Feedback.
