Hello there, @userroma.

 

At the moment, you can only edit each item to adjust the cost. Let me show you the steps on how to edit an item's cost: 

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu, then select Products and Services
  2. Look for the first item to edit the cost and click Edit.
  3. Scroll down to the page until you'll see the Cost field. 
  4. Update the cost.
  5. Click Save and close.

 

Please note that the changes made will affect future transactions. Hence, the existing one will still use the old cost.
