Is there an update on this issue? I also have a customer that requested she is CC'd on all invoices to her accounting dpt and I would like this to be automatically available in the customer template as
"to: accounting.com and cc: Mrs.X" so that each new invoice is pre-populated this way and I don't have to copy/paste from the notes or from anywhere else either.
