Followed the instructions MaryLandT provided. After restarting Google Chrome, QB is still not showing an option to email or remind our contractor to complete their W-9. I checked the vendor status as was originally suggested and that still has no tax ID entered.

The only information that has been entered is: first name, last name, email, checkbox for 1099, and one payment has been processed. 

Any other suggestions?
