Thank you for reaching out to us. I can help you completely delete/deactivate classes in QuickBooks Online. To do so, you may delete first your list of recurring templates or scheduled liability payments. Let me show you the steps:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Choose Recurring Transactions under Lists.
3. Highlight the template you would like to use.
4. In the Actions drop-down arrow, choose Delete.
5. Click on the Yes button.
