I appreciate the screenshot you've provided. This helped me find the fix to your concern.

 

The option to send a reminder will only show if your contractor's personal information is incomplete or you haven't entered any. Since you're not seeing an option to send a reminder, chances are, the Personal details of your contractor have been completed.

 

Let's go and edit your contractor’s profile by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Expenses from the left menu, then select Vendor.
  2. Choose the contractor’s name.
  3. Click Edit at the top right.
  4. Remove Business ID No., and then select Save.
  5. Go to Payroll menu and select Contractors.
  6. Select the contractor’s name.
  7. Click Send a reminder.
