Let me show you how to run the report that shows the data you need.
QuickBooks Online has a Transaction List by Customer report. This will show you your transactions grouped by customer. We can also filter it if you need data from a specific client.
- Go to the Reports menu, then search and select Transaction List by Customer.
- Click the Customize button. From the Filter section, search the client's name under the Customer drop-down.
- Tap Run report.
