Since you are still unable to adjust the column width after performing the steps provided by my colleagues, I recommend contacting our technical support team to check your account set-up and investigate the root cause of the issue. Here's how to connect with them:
- Select the Help menu.
- Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit Contact us.
- Enter Unable to adjust the column width on any report, in the Tell us more about your question box.
- Tap Search.
- Choose either Call us or Message us.
Also, I see that the file you want to attach has not been uploaded. To help you re-upload the file, click on the 3 dots, and select Edit reply. Then, tap the image icon and browse to see the file you need to upload.
