Thanks for keeping us updated on how the troubleshooting went through. I'll make sure you can send your invoices. There are two possible reasons your invoices are undelivered. I've listed them below:

  • Because the email address was entered incorrectly
  • There was a temporary issue with the recipient's email server

To resolve this, I'd suggest verifying if your customer's email address is correct, and edit if need be. Then, resend the invoices. If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can check and investigate this further. They're also equipped with tools to determine the main cause of this. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.
