This behavior may cause by browser issues. Just to clarify, have you tried accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a different or a private browser? If you haven't yet, I encourage you to do so. This way, we can verify if this is a browser data issue. You can follow the shortcut keys provided by my colleague MarsStephanieL above to open a private browser. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

However, if the issue persists after the troubleshooting steps, I highly recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can further investigate this matter and provide other troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. They can also create an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same issue. Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Hit Contact Us.
