Hi there, Judith19. Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

I'd be more than happy to help with exporting your transaction lists as XLS files. You can obtain a copy of each of them by using the Export to Excel option.

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Sales, then All Sales.
  2. Use the Gear (⚙️) icon.
  3. Under Columns, tick your Attachments checkbox to display a list of transactions that have attachments.
You can untick this option to produce a list of ones that don't have anything attached to them.
  4. If necessary, a specific date range can be entered by utilizing the Filter ▼ drop-down menu. Be sure to Apply your changes in the event you filter your list.
  5. Click the Export to Excel icon.

Once you've exported copies of both lists, you can open each of them in Excel.

I've included a couple detailed resources about working with your sales list and exporting reports as Excel files that may come in handy moving forward:

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have an awesome weekend!
