Regarding your report preference, the option to add a Non-taxable column on sales reports is currently unavailable. The only indication if the entry is not subject to tax is the code under the Sales Tax Code column.

While this is currently unavailable, you can export the report to Excel and manually modify the columns from there. To open an Excel report, follow the customization steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Sales.
  2. Pick Sales by Customer Detail from the options.
  3. On the report, click on the Customize Report option.
  4. Under the Columns section of the Display tab, find and mark Income Subject to Tax and Sales Tax Code.

  5. Once done press OK.
  6. To export, tap the Excel icon at the top of the report.
  7. Select Create New Worksheet.

  8. On the worksheet add or remove the columns you need for the audit.
