You can only scan one receipt at a time when using the feature since this is another way on how to categorize your expense receipts. After you send images to QuickBooks, they show up in the Banking or Transactions menu and you’ll see the Receipts tab. You'll want to add attachments to customer and vendor profiles for more organized record-keeping.
