The Gear icon is for the QuickBooks Online version. If you're using that platform, it's located at the top-right corner of the screen. After locating it, follow the steps provided by MaryGraceS in setting up your printing preferences.
If you're using the Desktop version instead, you can set up the print settings in the File menu. I'd be happy to share the steps with you on how to set it up:
- Click the File menu, then select Printer Setup.
- Set the Form Name to Invoice.
- Click the Align button.
- Select the template, then fine tune your alignment settings.
- Once done, click OK.
- Set up other printing settings if needed.
- Click OK afterwards.
