Hi there, @krististreetpaws. For security purposes, we've removed your email address from this thread.

Let me share some insights on how QuickBooks populates the data on your reports. By default, the customer name won't show in the Profit and Loss report since this only contains the summary of your business finances, such as gross income, expenses, and net income.

To view the customer, vendor, and payee names, you'll want to pull the Profit and Loss Detail report instead. I'll show you how:

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Under Business overview, search for Profit and Loss Detail.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Set the appropriate reporting date and accounting method.
  5. Head to the Rows/Columns section, then click Change columns.
  6. Tick the Name checkbox, then hit Run report.

You can also memorize this report to save the customizations you've applied. Additionally, I recommend reading this article that to help ensure that you'll get the most out of your QuickBooks reporting experience:

I'm just a few clicks away if you have any other concerns or further questions about reports. Just add the details below and I'll take care of them.
