You can add the company name in the email subject line by going to the Custom form styles windows. Refer to these easy steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom form styles.
- Select the invoice template you'll want to customize and then Edit.
- Tap Emails and enter your company name in the Subject field.
- Once finished, hit Done.

Also, to get a list of all payments and invoices for each of your customers, you may pull up the Invoices and Received Payments Report. Then, customize it so it will only show the info you need.
