We cannot deal with billing charges in the Community for security reasons. These concerns require a tool that can pull up your account and review the charges. With that said, we'd still recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. In addition to that, the representative can create an escalation request under your account. From there, they can give you the higher management to assist you.
