The Custom fields functionality is only available in QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. Additionally, we can only customize the column labels in the middle section.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Custom form styles.
- Select the template you'd like to edit.
- Select the Content tab.
- Choose the second section.
- Click Edit Labels and Width.
- Click Done.
