The Custom fields functionality is only available in QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. Additionally, we can only customize the column labels in the middle section.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom form styles.
  3. Select the template you'd like to edit.
  4. Select the Content tab.
  5. Choose the second section.
  6. Click Edit Labels and Width.

  7. Click Done.
