We want this fixed as much as you do, Mhovley. Let me route you to a different department.

 

I suggest reaching out to our customer care support so an agent can take a better look at this. They have more tools to investigate the issue further. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field. 
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback
