We can use the Undeposited Funds' quick report and save it so it'll be listed on the Custom reports tab. You can follow these steps:
- Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
- Search the Undeposited Funds account. From the drop-down under the Action column, select Run report.
- Customize it, then click the Save customization button.
In this report, if the payment has been deposited already, you'll see an offsetting deposit transaction. If not, you need to deposit it by going to the +New button and select Bank deposit. Refer to the sample screenshot below:
