I spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting with customer service. We did all the things you suggest. I wonder if it has something to do with adding the employee before adding other info to the database? I also did a clean start at the beginning (erased all database info), but I assume that employee data would have been erased in the process and that I would have re-added their info after that - could that be an issue?
