Since the issue persists after following the steps shared by my colleague above, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Help menu at the top to get to the QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
