Buy nowLooks like that would work similarly to Paypal and the other third party options, correct? If there is just one invoice, or maybe even a few invoices, you can create a Paypal custom payment link and separately paste it into each Quickbooks invoice, either as a line item (e.g., "Click here [insert custom paypal link] to pay by credit card - 3% convenience fee applies," and add the convenience fee in Paypal or whatever 3rd party credit card payment system you are using, but that is an awfully labor intensive hack because you would be invoicing in Quickbooks and again (with a different higher amount) in whatever credit card payment system you use, and then moving back and forth between the two. And what happens when the customer clicks the Paypal or other third party link and decides to pay with Venmo or ACH - now the amount invoiced in the 3rd party system is wrong. What a mess that would be... The absence of a flexibile, integrated credit card payment system by Intuit is is just a huge failure with the existing Quickbooks products. Too bad we didn't understand that when we all purchased our accounting product. Who has found an acceptable alternative to Quickbooks with easy to import feature? If so, post it! Small businesses need options.
