Our company would like to issue invoices through QB with backup support attached to the invoice, but the email has just each document as a separate attachment. Imagine an invoice that has 20 or 30 pages of backup and each page is a separate subcontractor invoice or there are multiple material invoices. I can't send an invoice email to a client and have 30 attachments to download and then sort. My only option is to merge all the backup into one file and then attach, but then I might as well merge and email outside of QB. Or...how about this for something novel....you are able to grab the attachment from the bill you just invoiced to the customer? I've been using QB for well over 30 years in various businesses. Intuit has yet to create anything of real impact, in my opinion. I can't use half the features because they don't work for my needs or they aren't customizable enough. Being able to add a second page of terms to an estimate or a Purchase Order shouldn't be something that is "still in development."
