Yes, you'll have to enter your customer and vendor detail separately, Teerose67.

 

But if your using Timesheet as your time entry, you can just actually create a Bill and make it billable to the customer. However, this is only applicable if you're paying a vendor and not the employee. Please see the attached screenshot below:
