I know it's essential to have a report that includes all the information you need. For now, you'll want to use the Customer Balance Detail provided by my colleague AlexV and customize the report.
You can also memorize the report if you want the same settings to be available for future use. This way, you do not have to go through the customization process again. Note: When you memorize a report, QuickBooks saves only the report settings (customization). Depending on the date filter, the data will be different or updated.
