Hi there, @jtmpv.

Thanks for making your way to the QuickBooks Community. I’d be happy to help find your entered customers.

To start, let’s try checking the inactive customer list:

  1. On the Customers page, click the small Gear icon above Action on the right side.
  2. Checkmark the Include Inactive checkbox.

If you see the missing customer, click the Make Active option to bring them back to the Active list.

If you still can't see them, we'll do the basic browser troubleshooting steps:

Let's log out and log back in using a private browsing or incognito window (depending on your browser, here's how):

For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

For Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

For Safari: Command + Shift + N

Private browsing disables the cache from saving new browsing history

Go to the Customers section. If you see the missing customer, go back to your regular browsers and clear its cache.

If you don’t see the customer, try using a different browser.

If none of these get your customer on the list, no worries. Just drop a comment below and I will be here to help with the next steps to get you on track and back to business.
