You have the option to print pay stubs for employee's paychecks. For vendor transactions (checks/payments), you have the Check and Batch options.

I can see the need of printing the transactions as a paystub in QuickBooks Desktop. For the time being, I recommend checking for a third-party application that allows printing bill payment stubs. Then, integrate it with QuickBooks.
