Following this thread as I have a client who needs Tips tracking.  Their CRM captures Tips but there is not a place in QBO to receive the Tip, so it leaves credits on A/R and requires manual intervention for what should be streamlined.  They’re looking for ways to track tips owed to teammates to enter into payroll.
