Being able to reference or search entries using the transaction ID isn't an option in QuickBooks Desktop. You can send feedback to our Product Team about this feature.

To send one, use this link and fill in the necessary fields: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/commerce/common/fragments/feedback.jsp. Then, click Submit one done.
