This account/client IS connected to online banking. Transactions are downloaded and matched daily via the Banking tab. That's not the problem. All three of my clients are connected, they use the same bank, they pay for the exact same level of QBO, at the same cost, and I have the same privileges. I can successfully attach statements to 2 clients' accounts but not the third. There is no other variable. The attachment column is only missing for this client. Picture attached.
