Since you've already performed the troubleshooting steps above and still cannot edit your invoice email greetings, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support team. You can request a screen share so they can see your screen. This way, they can further investigate the root cause of the issue and provide steps you need to do.
Refer to these easy steps to connect with them:
- Go to Assistant and type Edit invoice email.
- Then enter, Talk to a human.
- Input again your concern and click I still need a human.
- Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback.
