I have some information about how you can edit your emails. The steps above are where you can change your work info on your invoices in QBSE. To edit your invoice greetings on emails, you'll need to click on the Customize button to see it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices tab, then select Create invoice.
  2. Tick the Customize menu at the top of the page.
  3. A side panel menu will open. Tap on the Email drop-down. The Message of your emailed invoice will open. This is where you can edit and correct your client greetings.
  4. Click the Email menu at the bottom and then hit Save. See the image below.
