This is not the experience we desire you to feel, @tandlforest.

 

Right now, attaching an image per item in the invoice is still unavailable. I can see how this feature would be helpful for your business, that's why I'll also take note of this idea. 

 

Also, I'd encourage you to send your thoughts about this to our product developers since this feature is essential for your business. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to this link: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage
  2. Click Sign in or Sign up
  3. Complete the required information. 
  4. On the homepage, hit the Help button. 
  5. Choose QuickBooks Online and tap Ask Questions
  6. Type your concern in the box, then click Ask
