I have had the same problem for more than 6 months. There was an active case regarding this (i imagine several) issue for me. I received updates for months stating "working on it". Then received "all fixed" and they closed my case. 

 

Absolutely nothing has changed, not fixed. 1 invoice comes in a day. I have to manually bring the rest in which has caused errors. There are reports all over this site and external sites regarding this issue and nothing changes. Not once have I seen any of your customers state "its working now". It's not right to charge monthly for a product that doesn't work as advertised. 

 

I doubt this note will make anything change but if you are a user with the same problem you are in for a long wait.
