We're unable to share an invoice via text message in the app at this time.
I know how important it is to be able to share an invoice via text for a faster and easier transaction with customers who prefer this system. Also, I'd suggest visiting our blog site anytime to stay current with the latest features and product enhancements in QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can integrate an application with QuickBooks and allow you to send invoice text messages. You can go to the Apps menu in your QuickBooks Online account (it can be done efficiently while using a browser).
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks.
- Go to the Apps menu and then select Find Apps.
- Type a specific function of the app that you want like "send invoice text".
- Then choose an app from the drop-down.
