When you attach files into vendor bills, make sure the file types is supported by QuickBooks. Attachments are limited to the following:
- JPEG
- PNG
- DOC
- XLSX
- CSV
- TIFF
- GIF
- XML
To attach your Outlook Email, open the bill and follow the steps below:
- On the bill, scroll down to the Attachments box.
- Click the box showing Drag/Drop files here or click the icon.
- Pick a file from your drive then save the transaction after.
