Thank you - but I do not want to move to online as it costs a monthly fee - so why should i pay extra for something i legitimently bought? I cannot download a trial version - there are no trial versions available to me - so when I install it it asks for my licence number - which I have from pro 2015 and then asks for version number which i don't have So I've paid for something that although no one at the time said "well in a few years it will be defunct and you can't use it" so its a deploable way that quickbooks treats its customers.

 I am wondering if what you have done is legal - I know you've done it because its not HMRC compliant now (although I just sent my tax return in with quickbooks profit and loss, and had no problems) you should honour the contract I made with you in 2015 and supply me with a working version or at best allow me to register the one i have bought and paid for
